the party building culture training center of the shougang talent development institute is responsible for organizing and implementing the training of the shougang group’s party members and officials. in recent years, through continuous exploration and efforts, shougang has initially formed relatively sound systems of work, classes, curricula and teachers for party building training.

for the party building training work, a management system characteristic of the party committee’s centralized leadership, organizing department’s coordination and relevant departments’ responsibilities has been formed; training contents combining theoretical instruction, party spirit cultivation, ability training and quality improvement have been formed; and a training mode of centralized demonstration combined with guidance service, expert instruction and experience exchange in an online and offline manner has been formed. a system of classes for party committee secretaries, young and middle-aged officials, party branch secretaries, organization officials, party group heads, party representatives, party members, party application activists and personnel related to the party-masses system has been formed, and different training methods and contents have been designed for the various training participants. in terms of the curricular system, the proportion of proprietary teachers has been increased continuously by vigorously tapping the potential of internal teachers. the party building culture training center has independently developed such diverse courses as “xi jinping’s thought on socialism with chinese characteristics for a new era”, “the development course of the communist party of china”, “the party’s organizational system and disciplines”, “interpretation of regulations of the communist party of china on the work of grass-roots party organizations of state-owned enterprises”, “strengthen the cultivation of the party spirit and become a qualified communist party member”, “history and spirit of shougang” and more. in addition, a teacher system which integrates cooperation between external teachers, internal part-time teachers and internal full-time teachers has been formed.

in the future, when training party members and officials, guided by xi jinping thought on socialism with chinese characteristics for a new era and the correct leadership of the party committee, shougang will strictly implement the “two plans” (national officials’ education and training plan from 2018–2022 and national party member education and training work plan from 2019–2023) and “three regulations“ (regulations on officials’ education and training, regulations on the education and management of members of the communist party of china and regulations on the work of the party school of the communist party of china), closely combine with the actual situation of the enterprise, have the courage to exploit, explore, reform and innovate, and strive to create a new situation in party building training for shougang so as to provide strong support for the group to promote the high-quality development of its enterprises through high-quality party building!
