1. What is your Return Policy?
(a) Included in “Defects”. Bunny & Butters will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a Printed Product unless the Printed Product
was damaged (other than during delivery); or
does not match the Fulfillment Information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly; the product is the wrong size, color, or type).
Bunny & Butters has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a Printed Product. In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to Bunny & Butters via email at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery.
(b) Excluded from “Defects”. For clarification, Bunny & Butters will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a Printed Product solely because
it was unsatisfactory for any reason despite matching the provided Fulfillment Information; or
the shipping provider did not complete delivery, or completed delivery late; or
- the size was correctly sent but did not fit satisfactorily
In such cases, you must place a new order, or the recipient of the Individual Order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.
(c) Return Shipping. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
2. If I get a refund will you refund shipping costs?
No. Refunds are granted for the original purchase price only. Shipping is not refunded.
3. Why does my shirt smell strange?
We use Digital Direct on some of our shirts which is a new digital printing technique. In addition to the many advantages (high printing quality with increased durability, compared to normal digital printing), there is one small disadvantage:
Since this uses a water-based ink, the shirts must be sprayed before printing with a solution which smells a little like vinegar.
No worries - the solution is environmentally friendly, absolutely harmless and the smell should vanish after the first wash.
